Show Your Events on Our Calendar using Trumba

Add us to your Trumba’s “showon” group to show your events on our calendar

Society + Technology at UW uses the University of Washington’s Trumba calendar system. If you also have a UW Trumba account, you can give permission for your events to show on our calendar.

  1. Open your Trumba’s “showon” group page. To find this page, search for your calendar on Seattle calendar groups, Bothell calendar groups, or Tacoma calendar groups, then select the hyperlink for your -showon group (the image below is a demonstration with our Trumba account).

  2. Select the Membership tab on your calendar’s “-showon” General Information page.
  3. In the “Add members” text box, paste Society + Technology’s editor group ID: u_eventcal_sea_1767934-editor

  4. Select “Do it”


    Allow up to five minutes for our calendar to appear in your Also Show On list on your Add and Edit Event page.
